We have our own approved contractor lists to ensure we always have someone we trust to compete the works, we check thoroughly the workmanship of the contractor, the accreditations they hold and we always ensure they have their own insurance. Our contractors hold a variety of disciplines ranging from plumbers to tilers and plasterers to joiners.
Punchard Properties have a varied amount of trade accounts, securing the best possible prices that we can pass on to our customers.
Renovation/Reconfiguration
Punchard properties have the appropriate skilled tradesmen within the approved contractors list to complete your project, including (but not limited to):

Our team specialise in rural/residentail developments such as, loft conversions or garage and barn conversions.
We have extensive knowledge in gaining the correct permissions and obtaining the surveys needed for the planing permission. We work closely with the Local Authority, which has been key to our continued successes.
