Party Wall advice
A Party Wall notice is a legal document that informs your neighbours of your intention to carry out work on a shared wall or structure or near their property.
You must give a Party Wall notice to your neighbour between two months and a year before the work starts. This is something that we can serve on your behalf. Please get in touch if this is a requirement you may need.
